Mobility Flexibility & Balance

Mobility is intertwined with balance as a critical aspect of healthy movement, as both require neuromuscular function and healthy joints. Balance is a little more complex than mobility, but each is vital for moving throughout your day.

Mobility exercises will help you move better and can help prevent injuries, while flexibility exercises can help you increase your range of motion and reduce muscle soreness.

I’ve always been fascinated with the human anatomy and the way our bodies move. Tension is a term we are going to be hearing more of when it comes to physical heath and overall fitness. Stretching and mobility which are two different things are getting a lot of attention these days but balancing tension throughout your body and how this affects your skeletal alignment are keys to optimal heath, strength and sports performance.
