At some point you have to stop thinking
and start trusting yourself enough to try.
Take the step.
You’ll figure it out on the way.
Your comeback isn’t going to look impressive at first.
It’s going to feel boring. Repetitive. Sometimes painful.
It looks like discipline, routines, boundaries, and self-respect when no one is clapping for you.
That’s how self-trust is built.
And self-trust is where real confidence comes from.
If you’re in that season, keep it simple:
• Wake up before the sun
• Go for a walk
• Clean your space
• Write your goals down
• Do one thing that moves you forward each day
Do that every day, even when it feels like nothing is changing.
Because one morning, you’ll wake up as a different person, in a completely different life.
Self-love isn’t how you feel.
It’s how you show up for yourself when everything in you wants to shut down.

When you're focused on what job you can get and how much they'll pay you, you'll always be at the mercy of your perceived value. And guess what? You'll never convince anyone you're worth $200/hour if you don't believe you are worth $200/hour, either.
By shifting your mindset to delivering results for others and not trading time with a corporation, you can break the mold and attract people who want to learn what you know, and you'll be able to charge the money you deserve for your hard-earned skills and expertise.
