In - House Confidence Facilitator Licensing Workshop (TTT)
In this two day Confidence™ facilitators’ workshop we come to your site. Again, facilitators will experience the workshop first as a participant learning how to lead Motivation and Engagement and then as a consultant/facilitator who will be able to facilitate Confidence throughout the organization. The onsite workshop typically requires a minimum of 15 participants.
Confidence Diagnostic
Our team of experts will undertake a diagnostic of the organization to determine Confidence levels and provide an unbiased assessment of the State of the Organization for Action within the Workshops.
