Just received my Instructional Leadership Certificate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education!

It took a year but such incredible growth and learning, diving into topics like:

📘 Leading Teacher Teams – promoting growth through collaboration.

🍎Teachers Mentoring Teachers – fostering powerful professional communities.

📚 Articulating the Intangibles of Teaching – aligning purpose with practice.

I'm SUPER excited to bring these insights into my work with administrators, coaches, and PLCs. Here's to leading with purpose and making an impact! 💡

Churchill Downs, my last stop before heading home this week, reminds me about how coaching teachers and literacy leaders is a lot like running a race—it takes stamina, endurance, and a whole lot of passion.

It’s not about how fast you start, but about pushing through the tough spots and keeping your eyes on the prize.
