Here’s how to eat pizza and still lose weight:

1. Don’t order it but make it
2. Change the crust to cauliflower crust
3. Use all natural ingredients sauce
4. Add non dairy cheese
5. Add fresh veggies and lean meat
6. Bake and enjoy 😊


When you make your own dishes at home, you know what the ingredients are.

Literally any food you love and enjoy, there is a healthier alternative.

If you can’t find one, you can still have a regular slice of pizza but just have 1 not the whole pie.

Being healthy is about having a balance.

A few years ago, I was 50 lbs overweight.

went to the gym 3-5x a week

ate “healthy”

And lost a bit of the weight but….

problem was, I couldn’t sustain it.

I just wanted to get bikini ready for my beach trip in the Bahamas

But the Pandemic came along, had a baby, the world shut down

Fast forward today, I’m planning my next beach 🏝 trip

I am at my ideal weight

Ahhh the freedom of wearing whatever I want to wear and feeling damn good in my skin.

Just like a glass of wine 🍷 I am getting better with age.
