Hello there, Iβm bringing my body shape upgrade, now it is 4 month between pics and almost 22 lb , we did a GOOD JOB, but we have to keep pushing.
- im feeling so tired last days but it is normal so I have to keep focus and try to not think About, honestly the hardest thing are those 70β cardio twice a day haha it is my hardest challenge on this prep, but WE WILL GO TROUGH AND SMASH THAT COMPETITION πͺπ»!!

I KNOW THAT MY LEGS ARE HALF TAN π, anyways I was about to tell you guys that every single goal that you really want to get is possible, but like 100% sure about that, the problem is that is not easy, and mostly of the people doesnβt like go trough s**t to get a better goal, they rather keep craving goals and talking about but those goals are kept in dream , words with no action, thatβs why mostly of them gonna tell you that it is not possible , that you are out of your mind, but bro, you keep your s**t with you and focus on keep doing day by day what you have to do to improve yourself and be better ! , if you are lucky they will see trough your behave and actions that maybe they can also achieve goals and be better that maybe it is possible !

Okay guys here we go with this update, im less than a month out so we are getting on point ππ», Iβm feeling pretty starving all the time hahah , but Iβm handle it with gum and a lot of water π, today I have my REFEED, that is 2 extra RICES CAKES each meal π€€πͺπ»π.
Iβm loving the process and I think that is being what is pushing me forward this preparation, LOVE IS ALL WE NEED β€οΈ, that is applicable in so many ways but basically loving what you are doing it will give you success.
