Client shoutout!! Here is my client killing it by controlling here diet (although she has a busy lifestyle), and seeing the results! Gaining muscle and losing body fat. Yes ladies it is possible to get lean and not "look like a man". If you concentrate on reaching your goals and follow what your coach teaches you, you are sure to always see the results! π―π―π―π₯ let's keep up the great work!

An awesome way to finish a tough chest workout with . This is one of my favorite plyometric exercisesto push those muscles to the point of failure. We did a minute and a half with a 10lb Slam Ball. How long could you do it?? π€π
Compounding exercises not only saves time but burns more calories and raises intensity. Here's one of my favorite compounded exercises: Dumbbell Bicep Curls with Dumbbell Overhead Presses. When is the last time you compounded exercises?
