Superbowl food.

Went to the doctor and sat with my legs crossed for a long time... and I was not feeling well but took a picture anyway --->

I had developed these little bumps in my hand that were so incredibly painful! Turns out they were nodules that form from injuring hand tendons. I was having a hard time holding things and driving... today... they got smashed into oblivion. You gave to pop them and they hurt like hell, but my hand is feeling better. Lord.

About yesterday: attended the Key Club Spring Zone Rally with my Key Clubbers. I love this blazer so much! Part of this journey back to healthy includes replacing my clothes! I gave gone from 2XL to L... and have donated about 6 full bag of clothes.

Soooooo.:::: when people found out I was about 50 years old, I received messages about skin care routine. Well, I don't really wear makeup, I drink water and I use these products. My skin is super sensitive and the wrong thing will cause a huge flare up.

4. PM (I repeat 1-3 but use the Aruba Aloe night creme
5. Dr. Botanicals Moroccan Superfood rose facial oil. I love this so much!
So there you go. Every day, all day, have to keep the face hydrated and happy!
