What's Included:

During the 6 weeks of the individual coaching program, we will use powerful practices such as yoga, meditation, transformational breathing techniques, sound healing, time management, and, of course, goal setting.

The following results would be achieved after completing my coaching program:

- You will learn how to love and accept yourself, so you can love and accept others.
- You will learn how to manage your time, set goals, and achieve them.
- Most importantly, you will know how to calm your mind, balance your emotions, and be more in tune with your body.
- You will become an observer of your thoughts, emotions, and reactions.
- You will improve relationships with your loved ones and friends, and also learn to let go with ease of what no longer serves you!

Price and schedule for the 6-week healing program:

Weekly meetings of 1 hour during 6 weeks. If you are in Miami, the meetings will take place in person; otherwise, we will meet online via video chat. I will provide you with my full support during this month and a half of growth and expansion together.

The cost of the program is only $1,800. I promise you that this will be the best investment you can make.

Part 2

In 2012, I took a leap of faith and moved to Miami, driven by an unwavering desire to transform my life despite facing obstacles like limited finances, no degree, and language barriers. Trusting my inner voice, I embraced spirituality as a path to self-discovery and found Korean yoga, which became a regular practice in my life.

Embracing yoga as a powerful discipline marked the beginning of my profound awakening journey, prompting me to explore through asanas, meditation, journaling and readings. In 2014, life took a beautiful turn as I became a devoted mother and wife, all while nurturing my passion for crafting natural stone jewelry and establishing my very own business.

Recognizing the profound impact of yoga practice, I made the life-changing decision in 2016 to become a yoga teacher. This role allowed me to wholeheartedly share my knowledge and continuously grow through the teachings of esteemed mentors like Abraham Hicks, Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, Joe Dispenza, Robin Sharma and many other great teachers. My journey involved exploring diverse healing modalities through extensive courses and studies

In 2019, my path parted from my husband's, and I bravely faced the challenge of divorce, understanding that it was a necessary step for my personal growth. During this time, I pursued my dreams further by becoming a health/life coach, despite encountering financial difficulties. My unwavering dedication was fueled by my vision to create a better life for myself and my son.

Since then, I have passionately worked with clients, guiding them on transformative journeys and empowering them with the wisdom gained from my own experiences. My story stands as a testament to the power of determination and the pursuit of dreams, showcasing how one can rise above limitations to become a thriving mother, entrepreneur, yoga teacher, and spiritual coach.

ABOUT ME

Part 1

My name is Alesya Negodina, and my journey has been filled with both challenges and growth. Born in a small city in the Far East of Russia, my life took a significant turn when my parents separated when I was just 7 years old. As a result, I moved in with my grandmother, which led to childhood trauma, causing feelings of abandonment and unworthiness. Growing up, I found myself in total survival mode, surrounded by cold weather, people, violence, and constant fear.

At the age of 18, I pursued studies in political science, but a deep desire to find happiness beyond my surroundings led me to drop out of college and explore the world. From Spain to South Korea, Thailand to the Dominican Republic, each place left its mark on me. However, it was another pivotal moment when my mother visited me in 2012 and passed away in the Dominican Republic. This loss was an awakening point in my life, plunging me into depression and thoughts of ending my life.

However, I found help in a church, where I began asking profound questions “Who am I?”, “Why I am here?”, “What is my purpose?”. This marked the start of a transformative journey towards self-discovery and healing, leading me to seek answers from within myself.

Я люблю праздновать свой день рождения и я люблю праздновать жизнь каждый день!

Сегодня мне 32 и я хочу подвести итог моего прошлого 31го года в этом теле на этой планете:) Этот год был для меня проверкой на сколько я устоялась в своём Духе!

Я наконец-то приняла своё прошлое, приняла всё своё «говно» которое прятала сама от себя! И приняла решение что больше не буду мыслить хорошо это или плохо, а буду мыслить фактами!

Я прошла мощный курс который помог раскрыть мою Мощь и Энергию! Я начала брать больше денег за свои услуги потому что то что я даю моим клиентам стоит очень дорого и ведёт их к Богу (к Любви)☺️

Я принимала себя любой, даже когда я не могла ходить 1 неделю я приняла этот опыт! Когда мне было грустно и страшно я принимала!

Я научилась кайфовать ещё больше от этой жизни✨💃

Я научилась возвращать себя к себе ☯️

I love to celebrate my birthday and I love to celebrate life every day!

Today I am 32 and I want to sum up my past 31th year in this body on this planet :) This year was a test for me of how settled I was in my Spirit!

I finally accepted my past, accepted all my "s**t", which I hid from myself! And i decided that I would no longer think of things as good or bad, but think as a facts!

I took a powerful course that helped to reveal my Power and Energy! I started to charge more my clients because what I share with them is very expensive and leads them to the God (to Love)☺️

I learned to accept any situation and experience! Even when I was not able to walk for 1 week I accepted it! When I was sad and fearful I accepted it!

I learned to enjoy even more this life✨💃

I've learned to bring back myself to myself☯️
