Happy Earth Day! Swipe to learn more about the importance of protecting our planet and how FIU promotes sustainable environmental awareness. 

Please join the FIU Office of Sustainability, Student Government Association, Accountable Impact, and local and global leaders in Sustainability on Saturday, April 27th from 10AM to 3:30PM at the Frost Museum to learn about the UN Sustainable Development Goals and how you and your community can identify and address the Goals important to you. Lunch provided space is limited. 
 

To celebrate Earth Month, FIU’s Office of Sustainability and Student Government Association would like to invite you to join our FIU Spring 2024 Sustainability Fair at MMC!
 
Celebrating the 2024 theme “Planet vs. Plastics”, the Sustainability Fair will feature student organizations, FIU departments, and local organizations that are part of the sustainability movement in South Florida. Attendees will enjoy sustainable giveaways, resources, and fun activities while engaging with our earth-conscious community.

The Office of University Sustainability invites you to a Galentine’s Day Upcycle Art event at GL 220, on February 13th from 2 PM-4 PM!
 
During this event, we will help you “Green Your Routine” and repurpose, recreate, & up-cycle items into something special for someone special.
 
First come first serve! If possible, please bring a small clean glass jar with lid to the event or get one to us by the 12th if you need help removing sticky label residues or would like to donate. We have a limited supply and are collecting donations prior to the event so hopefully we can provide for those that don’t have a jar with lid. But we all know someone who can finish off a jar of salsa or dip for the cause.
