Do you want a new Drake song where he sings about a memory you hold dear? Or a Taylor Swift song about going to Mars? If the partnership between Google and Universal Music Group goes well, we will have a tool that can generate a custom song based on a text prompt.
Universal Music Group is the biggest music company in the world, owning the music rights of most mainstream artists. Anyone will be able to create new songs from their favourite artist and even earn money from it. Rumors have it that they will get 90% of the revenue, and you will get the other 10%.

Google back at it again with some really questionable changes to their privacy policy, basically saying that they are allowed to scrape everything publicly available on the internet and train their AI models on everything they can find.
