ensure that our training plan is indeed still challenging for our bodies to perform to yield results!

Some examples of ways to incorporate Progressive Overload into your workout routine:

βœ… Increase the Load you are lifting over time.

βœ… Increase the volume by increasing reps, sets, frequency of lifts, etc.

βœ… Increase the Time Under Tension (TUT) by slowing down the movement and focusing on the eccentric
phase when your muscles are under tension.
