It’s not the territory…It’s the unconscious discomfort of being somewhere that doesn’t feel familiar. Your mind likes familiar. So it creates stories about why something “won’t work”
But if you tell yourself—“I can be successful anywhere”… your mind will start looking for evidence to prove you right
This is when I started changing the way I saw myself as a parent… Feeling like you’re not enough doesn’t make it true.

It’s not random
Your body is responding to theirs.
So be intentional with who you stay close to—
because your nervous system is learning from them
I was sharing a story about times I got triggered and caught in my own head and this is what I had to remind myself: “stop… don’t feel sorry for yourself, come back to your empowered self”; and it worked
Excitement — everything feels possible
Confusion — there’s so much to learn
Doubt — “maybe I’m not good at this but maybe I am?”
Decision — do I stay… or do I quit?
They don’t quit because they can’t do it…they quit because no one told them this part was normal.
Great leaders normalize the process—and that’s why people stay longer
There’s always something powerful about women building together 🔥
Your brain is just trying to be efficient.
Because of neuroplasticity, it rewires itself based on the thoughts you repeat…
they become your default.
Those repeated thoughts start to feel true—even when they’re not.
Your brain can even trigger stress from a thought alone, because it doesn’t fully separate real from imagined.
