Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) The program places the choice of housing in the hands the very low-income families, the elderly, and the disabled to afford housing in the private market.

The Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe is currently enrolling children in the School Readiness Program.
