Chia seeds have those good fats you need to keep you satisfied, absorb the vitamin A and fiber to keep you regular š ā£

Pumpkin spice protein puddingā£
ā£
Ingredients:ā£
1/2 cup pumpkin purĆ©e (not pie filling ) ā£
2 scoops protein powder (I used link in bio)ā£
1/2 tsp pumpkin spiceā£
2 tsp chia seedsā£
3/4 cup-1 cup plant milkā£
ā£
ā£
Directions:ā£
Add all ingredients, except milk, into a high speed blender ā£
Begin to blend and slowly add milk. I wanted my pudding thick so I added only 3/4 cupā£
Allow pudding to set for 5 minutes. The chia seeds will thickenā£
If needed, blend with additional 1/4 cup milk ā£
