In this episode of Behind Your Bar, discover how to prepare a batched cocktail with Brugal 1888, perfect for welcoming guests to your next dinner party.

To prepare your batch, combine:
100ml fresh lime juice
200ml sugar syrup
300ml Brugal 1888 rum
400ml water
20ml Angostura bitters

Mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Once chilled, simply pour 100ml into a glass to serve.

A refreshing welcome cocktail, ready when your guests arrive.

In this episode of Behind Your Bar, get ready to discover the most underrated cocktail that nobody talks about (except bartenders). ​

Pour 50 ml of Colección Visionaria Edición 03 into a chilled highball glass. Add a large ice spear​ and 2 dashes of orange bitters. ​Top with 100ml of sparkling coconut water. ​

Give it a gentle stir to mix. ​

Garnish with an orange coin and a mint sprig for bright aromas.​

Jamie’s tip: Keep your soda extra cold for a crisper and more refreshing highball​

Welcome to our new series, Behind Your Bar, where we show you how to make great cocktails at home.

For this first episode, discover ’s easy, 3-ingredient rum cocktail, the Dominican Daiquiri.

Start with 50ml of Brugal 1888 Rum,
Then add 15ml of fresh lime juice
And 10ml of sugar syrup to your shaker.
Add cubed ice and give it a good shake.
Then fine-strain it into a chilled coupe.
Finish with a lime twist.
