SELF-CARE SATURDAY
You don’t need to change your whole life in order to begin selfcare. Instead, selfcare is something you can begin exactly where you are.
I personally identify selfcare as being compassionately present with yourself in any moment. And then meeting the needs that arise from that compassionate presence. You don’t need to buy anything or be anyone other than who YOU are.
Believe me, It’s actually simpler than it seems.

The Opportunity:
The Fish Florida Media Group is growing quickly and is seeking Senior Advertising Sales Executive to help increase revenue for our programming covering multiple verticals with a specific focus on our Mental Health & Wellness, Fishing, Boating, Entertainment Lifestyle and Financial Services. The ideal candidate can identify business opportunities, negotiating deals, and educating advertisers on how to achieve their goals through our portfolio of digital media products, such as terrestrial radio, digital radio, paid social, newsletters, and more. Experience selling into multiple verticals with existing brand and agency relationships is a bonus.
This person will employ a consultative approach to secure new clients, grow revenue for the company, and build and maintain relationships with clients while directing them through the full sales process. The senior ad rep will personally handle and develop an account list as well as an assigned quarterly revenue and bi-weekly activity goals, resolve account issues and ensure the Recurrent sales processes are reliably implemented.
The Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales cycle from start to finish – prospect, identify contacts, negotiate and secure sales of digital advertising as well as sponsored and branded content
• Develop and maintain client relationships at all levels of an account with a focus on commercial brand marketers and agency partners
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals in accordance with the sales plan
• Provide ongoing sales activity reporting and analysis for accurate revenue forecasting
• Drive the entire sales funnel including lead generation, meetings, RFP, negotiating, closing, and advising campaign cadence
• Identify new strategic clients, advertisers and partners; implementing an effective sales strategy
• Build strong and profitable relationships with key clients, and constantly grow revenue from existing and new partnerships
• Commit to a high activity sales culture
• Work collaboratively with ad ops, client support and creative teams to ensure client success
The Qualifications:
• Experience selling digital advertising, social media, branded content for a digital media company
• Bonus: Knows how to creatively sell, not just CPM and impressions
• Minimum of 3-5 years digital media sales experience
• Passion for digital advertising and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Experience selling branded content, video and social media
• Track record of performing against quota and excelling in a highly competitive market
• Strong client relationships with access to brand marketers and executive-level agency decision-makers
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and comfort presenting in front of a client a must
• A tenacious seller that doesn’t take “no” for an answer and can independently develop necessary materials to close new business
• Team player with proven ability to maintain detailed sales records and CRM responsibilities
• Understands the value and challenge of being a member of a growth-stage brand in a start-up environment
Compensation:
The successful candidate will receive a compensation package of 7.5 % commission on all converted sales as well as bonuses commensurate with his/her level of achievement and reaching projected goals
Commissions will range monthly around $15,000 and up + Bonus
Insurance and benefits package after 90 days
