It’s a warm day to show goats. Bryson and Macie did a great job exhibiting their breeding and market goats. Grant W was at the show learning about sheep and goat exhibition.

Another summer SAE visit completed! Bryson Regot learned how Ag Teachers and Extension Specialist take DNA samples for Missouri State Fair Market goats. It’s almost County fair season, Good Luck Macie and Bryson this season!

Thank you Hawthorne Elementary for a fun morning teaching you about our animals! So many questions answered and Agriculture Education happening with K-2 grades. FFA members and parents thank you for making this happen, the little learners loved it.

Supervised Agriculture Experience programs are 1/3 of the Ag Ed experience. Check out three members who had SAE visits last week:
-Miah and Emma hosted Clover Kid Day Camp for Audrain County young 4H’ers
-Helen is raising meat chickens for the county fair and to feed her family

Thank you to the volunteers, sponsors, and FFA members who helped at the Mexico FFA Blue and Gold Supporters lamb show! The money raised today will go towards scholarships and SAE grants for Mexico students!
