In honor of Carnevale in Venice & St. Valentine's Day, or Junior Lodge members made homemade Crostata, or in this case, Crostatini! Everyone did such an amazing job and had a lot of fun, especially choosing from all the delicious different toppings: fresh fruit, fruit preserves and of course Nutella. Here's the recipe we used if you want to make this sweet treat yourself! Of course we swapped the grappa for soda water. 😁 🇮🇹

Happy Italian-American Heritage Month! 🇮🇹 This month we celebrate the incredible contributions that Italian Americans have made to the tapestry of American culture.
It's a celebration of heritage, family, and the enduring spirit of resilience. From the bustling streets of New York to the quiet farmlands of California, Italian Americans have left an indelible mark on every facet of our society.
This month, we honor the innovators, artists, chefs, and laborers who brought their traditions, their passion, and their creativity to a new land. We celebrate the food that brings us together, the music that moves us, the art that inspires us, and the strong sense of family that is at the heart of it all.
Let's make this month a celebration of culture, community, and the legacy of all Italian Americans who helped build this country.

Today, the world lost a giant. Giorgio Armani, the legendary Italian designer known as "Re Giorgio" (King George) has passed away at 91.
Born in Piacenza, Italy, Armani was a titan who put Italian elegance on the global map. He built a billion-dollar empire on the principle of unstructured elegance, famously "softening the image of men and hardening the image of women" with his revolutionary suits.
His vision redefined modern style, empowering a generation with the iconic power suit and dressing everyone from Hollywood stars to corporate titans. Armani's legacy is a testament to his unparalleled craftsmanship and a quiet, confident sophistication that will forever define Italian fashion.
Rest in power, King Giorgio.
