Teachers aren’t just randomly deciding to leave.

It builds.

You’re expected to get results in situations where the outcome isn’t even in your control.

The standards for you are high, but the follow-through around you isn’t.

You’re told to handle everything… without the authority to actually handle anything.

And over time, it stops feeling like a job you can do well… no matter how hard you try.

So teachers start planning their exit.

Not because they don’t care.
Because staying doesn’t make sense anymore.
