Every night, same call: “Duck ducks! Bedtime!” 🦆😂

And just like that, the nightly migration begins.

Some cooperate.
Some negotiate.
Some act like they’ve never heard the word “bedtime” in their lives.

Meanwhile, my friend’s ducks hear me say “duck ducks” on video and start responding too. Apparently I’ve accidentally become a regional duck bedtime dispatcher. 🤣

The other day I moved some bricks while digging out the river and discovered WORMAPALOOZA. 🪱

I offered the chickens first dibs. They looked at me like I was trying to kill them.

So I dug up another handful with my bare hands and offered them to the ducks. Nothing. Apparently worms were beneath everyone’s standards except mine.

I dug up a third handful and took them to Tw***ie.

Tw***ie slurped them down like spaghetti.

Thank you, Tw***ie. The rest of you can find your own damn snacks. 🦆
