Good evening NAEP Families!

We have been hard at work getting ready for you and your NAEP students to join us next week for our very first Summer Reading Program!

This is the schedule for the first week:
Monday (6/1) thru Thursday (6/4) from 730am until 1130am.

Stop by for a Special Reading, books, prizes, and a craft each day!

Please come and join our MPS NAEP Parent Committee next Thursday, May 7, 2026 from 530-630pm in the Grand Canyon room at MPS Student Services Center located at 1025 N. Country Club Dr. This will be our last Parent Committee meeting of the school year! Light refreshments will be provided

Event is on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 from 5:30-7pm (doors open for check-in at 430pm so come early).

This event is to recognize and celebrate our 8th grade students going to high school! We will have speakers, performers, and cupcakes!

We are just six short weeks away from summer and we have some exciting news! We will be hosting a Summer Reading Program for our enrolled NAEP students.
The program will run from June 1st to June 4th from 730-1130am, and again from June 8th to June 11th from 1-5:00pm. Students, along with a parent/guardian, may come by any time during the scheduled times and dates to pick out up to two books for each day they stop by. Families can then stay for a reading and visit our community partners. Each day will vary and we'll have more details as we get closer to the event. No school tomorrow for MPS Spring Holiday. We will see our students back on Monday, April 6th. Have a great weekend!
