Absolutely — for this photo, I’d make the caption educational and safety-focused, while still promoting SPF’s trampoline program and coaching experience.

Trampoline skills should be learned — not rushed. 🤸‍♀️

At SPF Parkour Academy, trampoline safety starts with proper coaching, progressions, and learning body control before moving on to bigger skills.

One of the biggest rules we teach? One athlete on the trampoline at a time. No double bouncing. When multiple athletes bounce together, the trampoline can produce forces that are difficult to predict and control.

Our athletes learn how to:

✅ Build skills through proper progressions
✅ Control their takeoff and landing
✅ Develop air awareness and body control
✅ Practice in a structured, supervised environment
✅ Know when they’re ready to advance to the next skill

SPF has been coaching trampoline for 19 years, with USA Gymnastics-certified coaches who understand that great skills start with great fundamentals.

Whether trampoline is the main sport or being used to improve skills for parkour, ninja warrior, tumbling, or other athletics, learning proper technique matters.

Train smart. Progress safely. Build skills that last.

🕷️ What happens when TWO Spider-Men swing into Summer Camp? Pure superhero fun!

A huge THANK YOU to Spider-Man and Miles Morales for spending the day with our campers and making this week’s SPF Parkour Academy Summer Camp one they’ll never forget!

From incredible parkour demonstrations and superhero challenges to photos, games, laughs, and high-fives, our campers had an unforgettable experience. Seeing the excitement on their faces reminded us why we love creating these special camp memories.

Thank you both for taking the time to inspire our young ninjas, parkour athletes, and future superheroes. You helped make this day truly amazing!
