MAPS Coach Kristina is your Amazing Partner to bring your Business to the next level! Simple, right? The sad truth? Let the adventure begin!

I have spent the last 20 years immersed in the real estate industry – from managing apartment complexes to being an individual real estate agent to owning my own real estate team and brokerage. Through this journey, I was introduced to the world of coaching through Keller Williams and their in-house coaching program. I completed their MAPS coaching training program and spent hours being coached an

This is what coaching actually looks like… and it might not be what you think.

A lot of people think coaching is about getting advice. About being told what to do next or how to fix a problem.

And while there are moments of direction, that’s not the core of it.

The real work is in the conversation.

It’s in asking better questions. Slowing things down. Challenging assumptions. Helping someone see what they couldn’t see on their own.

It’s not about giving answers—it’s about helping someone think at a higher level so they can create their own.

That’s what creates lasting change.

Because when someone changes how they think, they don’t just solve one problem. They start solving problems differently moving forward.

And that’s where real growth happens.

At some point, your success becomes your biggest limitation.

The habits, behaviors, and strategies that created your current success are often the very things that make the next level harder to reach.

Because they’re familiar. They’re proven. They feel safe.

But growth requires change.

It requires letting go of what worked in order to create what’s next.

I’ve seen leaders hold onto roles, responsibilities, and ways of operating long after they’ve outgrown them. Not because they don’t know better, but because it’s uncomfortable to step into something new.

This is the real leadership shift.

Not just building success… but evolving beyond it.

Because what got you here won’t take you there.

The breakthrough wasn’t the strategy… it was the realization.

There’s a moment in almost every coaching relationship where something shifts. And it’s not because of a new idea or a better plan. It’s because the client sees something they hadn’t seen before.

I had a conversation recently where everything changed in a matter of minutes. Not because we added anything new, but because we slowed down enough to identify what was actually happening.

They realized they were holding onto things they no longer needed to own. They realized their lack of progress wasn’t about effort—it was about misalignment.

And from that place, the next steps became clear.

That’s the power of coaching.

It’s not about adding more. It’s about seeing differently.

Because when you see differently, you move differently.

If every week feels like a reset… you’re missing structure.

A pattern that shows up frequently in client prep is this sense of starting over every week. New goals, new intentions, new focus… but not always a clear continuation from the week before.

And while that can feel like motivation, it’s often a sign of missing structure.

Because growth doesn’t come from constantly resetting. It comes from building momentum.

Inside MAPS Coaching, we focus on creating continuity. We connect commitments from week to week. We track progress, identify breakdowns, and adjust with intention.

That’s how momentum is built.

Not through bursts of effort… but through consistent, aligned action over time.

You can be busy all day… and still be completely misaligned.

I see this pattern over and over again. Someone is working hard, staying active, checking off tasks, and doing everything they believe they’re supposed to do. And yet, at the end of the day, something still feels off.

It feels heavy. It feels scattered. It feels like they’re not actually moving forward.

That’s because activity doesn’t create alignment.

When you’re operating from an old identity, you can stay incredibly busy doing things that no longer serve where you’re going. You can fill your time with urgency and still avoid the work that actually creates growth.

A CEO doesn’t measure their value by how much they do. They measure it by what actually moves the business forward.

And that requires clarity.

So instead of asking, “What else do I need to do?” try asking, “What no longer belongs on my plate?”

One of the hardest things I help clients see is this…

Sometimes the thing that’s slowing you down isn’t outside of you. It’s not the market, the timing, or the opportunity. It’s something closer.

It’s how you’re thinking about your business.

I had a conversation this week where a client was feeling stuck. They were looking for a new strategy, something different to try. But as we unpacked it, it became clear that the issue wasn’t what they were doing.

It was how they were approaching it.

They were holding onto control in places that needed to evolve. They were making decisions from a place of protection instead of growth.

And once that was visible, the next step became obvious.

That’s not always the easiest moment in coaching. But it’s often the most important.

Because you can’t change what you can’t see.

If you’re ready to see what might be holding you back, comment “CLARITY.”

Misalignment is expensive… even when everything looks fine.

Not all problems in business are obvious. Some don’t show up as failure or loss. They show up as friction, fatigue, and a constant sense that something is off.

That’s misalignment.

It’s when your time doesn’t match your role. When your decisions don’t match your goals. When your actions don’t match the direction you say you want to go.

And the cost isn’t always immediate.

It’s the slow drain on energy. The delayed decisions. The opportunities that don’t get fully realized because the structure isn’t supporting them.

Alignment isn’t just a concept. It’s a requirement for growth.

Because when everything is aligned, things move faster, cleaner, and with less resistance.

Where might you be out of alignment right now? Comment “ALIGN.”

“Every week feels like I’m starting over.”

This came up in a prep form recently, and it’s something I see often. New week, new goals, new intentions… but it feels like there’s no real carryover from the week before.

And that’s exhausting.

Because it creates the illusion of progress without actual momentum.

When we unpack it in coaching, the issue usually isn’t effort. It’s structure. There’s no clear connection between commitments, no system for tracking progress, and no space to reflect on what worked and what didn’t.

So everything resets.

The shift is simple, but powerful.

Instead of starting over, we start building. We connect one week to the next. We create continuity. And that’s where momentum begins.

05/26/2026

Most people come to coaching for strategy… but that’s not what actually changes their business.

When someone first comes into coaching, they usually think they need more strategy. More ideas, more tactics, more direction on what to do next.

And while strategy matters, it’s rarely the real issue.

What I’ve seen over and over again in client prep and conversations is that the real need is clarity. Clarity on priorities. Clarity on decisions. Clarity on what actually matters right now.

Without that, even the best strategies get executed inconsistently.

Inside MAPS Coaching, we don’t just give answers—we create alignment. We help clients see what’s most important, where they’re misaligned, and what needs to shift.

Because when you’re clear, strategy becomes simple.

If you feel like you’re doing a lot but not moving forward, comment “SIMPLIFY.”

Some things deserve more than recognition… they deserve reflection.

Memorial Day is a time to pause and reflect on sacrifice, service, and the cost of something greater than ourselves.

And while it holds deep meaning nationally, it also creates a moment to step back personally.

To reflect on what matters.
What we’re building.
And why it matters in the first place.

In business, it’s easy to get caught in the pace of growth. The goals, the numbers, the next milestone. But days like today remind us that there’s a bigger context.

Leadership isn’t just about results.
It’s about responsibility.
It’s about impact.

And it’s about making sure that what you’re building is aligned with what truly matters to you.

Today isn’t just about remembering.

It’s about reconnecting.

Take a moment today to reflect on what truly matters most to you. No rush—just awareness.
