These Mediterranean Ground Chicken Wraps are a game-changer for your lunch routine! Packed with flavor and topped with a zesty Hot Honey Feta Cream! 🌿❤️

**RECIPE:**

- **Ingredients:**
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

**Directions:**
1. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
2. Add ground chicken, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
3. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt and hot honey until well combined.
4. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
5. To assemble, place a layer of mixed greens on each tortilla, followed by the cooked ground chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
6. Drizzle the hot honey feta cream over the top.
7. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, to create wraps.
8. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Mother’s Day is coming up this weekend, I wanted to wish all the Mama’s out there a wonderful day Sunday! This quickly became my favorite holiday 3 years ago after Chloe was born, and honestly I would love to celebrate it quarterly! Being a mom is the HARDEST job I’ve ever had as most would probably agree, It’s also the most rewarding.

These kids keep me on my toes and some bags under my eyes that is for sure but they have brought a sense of purpose to my life that is bigger than just myself. Happy Mother’s Day y’all! Cheers 🥂💕🌸
