WE’RE HIRING! 🏀

High Perception Hoops is growing, and we’re looking to add multiple part-time team members who believe in what we’re building.

We’re currently hiring for:

🏀 AAU Coach
We’re looking for an additional coach who can lead, teach, communicate well, and create a positive experience for our players and families.

🏀 HP HQ Front Desk & Coaching Support
This role will include welcoming athletes and families, helping with day-to-day gym operations, supervising the facility, and assisting with basketball programming.

We’d especially love to hear from people who are already familiar with HPH and understand our approach: helping young athletes become the best versions of themselves while providing high-quality, competitive basketball development.

Previous coaching or basketball experience is helpful, but we will train the right people. Reliability, communication, enthusiasm, and the ability to connect with young athletes are essential.

All positions are part-time, and applicants must be able to pass a background check.

Interested—or know someone who could be a great fit? Send us a direct message or email us with a brief introduction, your experience, and why you’re interested in joining HPH.

Please share and help us find the right people for our team!

There’s just something special about coming back. ❤️🏀

Had an absolute blast at the Newburyport High Basketball Alumni Game tonight. So many familiar faces, old teammates, coaches, and friends all back in one gym. It’s amazing how basketball has a way of bringing people together, no matter how much time has passed.

The best part, though? Getting to share it with my girls. Watching them run around the gym, make new friends, and experience a place that’s meant so much to me over the years made the night even more memorable.

Thanks to everyone who helped make it happen. Already looking forward to the next one!

Grateful PlayHardPlaySmart HPHoops
