Barber student. Kirby, performed a free shave on one of our guests, who never had a straight razor shave before, and he really enjoyed the experience.
Kirby is just one of our amazing barber students that are performing straight razor shaves during our Free-Shave November event going on right now through the month of November. With every free shave we perform, Denmark College will donate $2 toward fighting cancer.

Our Halloween costume contest is a tradition and this year was no exception. We chose a winner from each program. From the Barber program, Kirby’s costume was to die for as a Hawaiian Killer. From the Medical Assisting program, Maria was “feline fine” with her adorable cat costume, and last, but not least, from the Cosmetology program, it was love at first bite with Nevaeh’s vampire costume.

Our Admission Advisors are at the Lowell High School Career Fair today, providing information about our various programs and fielding questions from the students.
Cosmetology students, Skyler and Monica, presented their Senior Project this morning. They worked together and came up with a business plan that included a company description, mission statement and detailed operations plan covering services, products and marketing strategies.
