We are a non-profit group, built by moms who recognized the gap between the education our kids were receiving and what they needed in order to succeed. Our mission is to partner with parents to develop curious and confident learners who are prepared for life's challenges through hands-on, individualized learning experiences. We foster personal character development through service learning and provide a blended learning environment facilitating a deeper understanding of the world around them.
We are currently taking applications for 2 PODS or classrooms, 3rd - 6th and 7th and up. Applications are due by August 6th. For more information contact us by email or call. We will also answer DM.
The 7th grade and up POD will have the opportunity to work with athletic trainers during their curriculum. If you have a middle schooler who is sports minded, this may be a great fit for you!
Informational Meeting - Taking Control of Your Child's Education
Information meeting tonight in Meridian! Come join us if you want more information on how we can help you take control of your child's education. 6 pm!!
Last year, this is exactly how I felt! So I joined a couple other moms who felt the same way and took control and made a change. Now I wouldn't change my kids' education for anything. They are healthier, happier, and finding that learning can be fun and engaging. Want to know more, contact us!
This article makes some excellent points, ones that we've seen in our own learning POD. When many ages learn together, it provides many more opportunities for solidifying those learned concepts. I've watched as 5th graders enhanced their own learning of a concept by teaching it to a younger student, a 3rd grader in our case.
I've watched a 2nd grader complete his core courses in that grade and continue on through 3rd-grade concepts into 4th-grade math. Education should be individual; each child does not learn the same way or at the same pace. Imagine being able to support children in their own educational goals, that sometimes far exceed the expectations that they would have had in a public setting.
If you have ever wondered about this style of learning, had questions about how a learning POD can benefit your child, or even just curious about how it all worked, message me your questions! We're putting together a Facebook live to address all of the questions we have received and those you send us.
So, ask away! What do you want to know about learning PODs???
Why The One-Room Schoolhouse Is A Vision For The Future, Not Just A Relic Of The Past The kind of teaching and learning that takes place in such an environment is much needed in today’s world and a modern-day version of the one-room schoolhouse can serve as a model for the renewal of education.
A successful pioneering year for our 1st learning POD, Mission Podsible! 15 students, grades 2 - 5 completed their coursework to move on. There were even a few that moved up 2 grade levels this year! Individualized learning works, y'all!!
These kids are going to do AMAZING things!!

We have some awesome events coming soon...Watch for the details coming soon!!
Learning pods can be a great option for a variety of reasons. You get to create your child's learning adventure! Are they here to stay? In my opinion and after the experience we've had with ours this fall, I say yes! Are you ready to take control of your child's education? Let us help you set it up! We have ways to make it financially feasible!
Why Learning Pods Might Outlast the Pandemic It’s possible to imagine home schools becoming like sidewalk dining—an experiment that sticks.
We are so excited to host 2 Open House events this week to showcase our first Learning POD and teach other parents and members of the community how to create their own! If you're interested, check out the events tab at the top of the page. And if you know someone interested, share, share, share.
Our story began as parents, frustrated with the education that was being provided for our children. We wanted something better. So we created it. And now we want to help others do the same thing. We want to empower parents to take control of their children's education. It's possible! This is a little piece of our story.
