🌎💙 Throwback Thursday!

Last week, the LakerBots spent some time giving back to our community while putting our commitment to sustainability into action!

♻️ Foam Recycling Day: Our team helped collect foam at the Gilford Recycling Center, keeping materials out of the landfill and giving them a chance to be recycled and reused.

🛣️ Adopt-a-Highway Cleanup: We also cleaned up our adopted stretch of highway from the Meredith Police Station to the Meredith traffic circle, helping keep our community beautiful!

But these activities are about more than just sustainability. They’re also opportunities for our students to work together, build friendships, and strengthen our team while making a positive impact right here at home. 💙

FIRST is it’s about building a team that builds a better community. 🤖🌎

Spending the weekend at MIT for the New England Mentor Conference was such a great reminder of why we do what we do.

The highlight? Diving into the Campfire Philosophy 🔥: It's not just about building robots—it’s about how we gather around the fire, how we share ideas, and making sure our students are right there in the center of the action working hand-in-hand with us.

Ready to pull our teams closer to the fire this season! Let's build something awesome. 🚀 💪
