Join us tonight at 5pm for a FREE parkour lesson at the Fedex Forum.

We will focus on combination vaults. Most vaults are designed to go over a thin vertical barricade such as a handrail or a traditional brick wall. When your obstacle becomes thicker or oddly shaped like these brick lumps the mechanics of those moves no longer serves you.

The combo vaults allow you to navigate oversize obstacles with grace and ease. One movement to get you up and another to let you down without a loss of momentum.

See you at 5!

Parkour in Memphis 08/23/2019

Hi everyone. Come train this Sunday and then give us a little while to prepare for more classes in the fall. Read more in our newsletter:

Parkour in Memphis    I often write out my messaging to indicate a team of people are involved in making Memphis Parkour the company what it is. While I'd like for that to be the case the reality is that it's been me, Jonathan McCarver, Coach Jonathan, acting alone for a long time now. That's not a good way to opera...

We've come across a strange infestation of wood boxes in this old basement. What does it mean?

No one was registered for class today but Jonathan still came to the park just in case.
It's a great day outside so enjoy Father's day and get some sun before the rain hits.

Shout-out to the dad's who have been supportive. The dad's who listen when their kids tell them what we did in class. The dad's who know fun and joy isn't counter to success and pride.

Most of all shout-out to the dad's who are simply present. Teaching your kids has let us see what a good dad can be.
