Don’t have bad days… a bad moment or even a bad hour but never a bad day because we set our own thermostat. It’s the 3 w’s. We have to want it, then work it. When we do both, we have to win!

The best way to predict the future is to create it. Abraham Lincoln
Visualize the end. Then construct the means.
Anxiety is just my inability to manage my thoughts that are ahead of me. Anxiety is about something that’s going to happen. So that means I’m suffering from something that does not exist. Facing anxiety, I become stronger and more confident. As my anxiety diminishes I become more powerful and persuasive, I move forward like a rushing flood becoming unstoppable.
Only when you start looking for solutions, do you see the real problem. Accept your imperfections. Learn from your mistakes, don't repeat them.
Truth will always be truth, regardless of lack of understanding, disbelief or ignorance." – W. Clement Stone
Discomfort is the price of expansion. Growth always feels awkward at first.
Nobody is coming to save you—and that’s empowering. Ownership unlocks agency.
What you feed grows. Attention is the most valuable currency you have.
Most regret comes from inaction, not failure. Failure teaches; hesitation haunts.
Everything changes. Adaptability outperforms talent over time.
The truth isn't always a blinding light. Sometimes it's a deep and dazzling darkness, that illuminates - and burns - just as surely. - Albert Einstein
Unexpressed emotions don’t disappear—they leak.
Emotional leakage erodes focus and relationships.
People treat you how you allow them to. Weak boundaries drain time, energy, and confidence.
Energy is contagious. Your environment either compounds or corrodes success.
Resentment is a signal, not a flaw. Ignored resentment turns into burnout or self-sabotage.
Time doesn’t heal—attention does. Unprocessed wounds reappear at higher stakes.
The truth: the gift that keeps on giving.
Your first thought is conditioning; your second is choice. Impulse control determines trajectory.
Self-discipline is self-respect in action. Success requires honoring commitments—especially unseen ones.
Repetition programs the subconscious. Identity is built through patterns, not intentions.
Clarity comes after action, not before. Waiting for certainty is procrastination in disguise.
You become believable to yourself only when actions match words. Self-trust is the ultimate performance enhancer.
Some truths are self evident, here are 5 to consider…
You don’t rise to your goals; you fall to your systems. Success is structural, not motivational.
Consistency beats intensity. Every successful person wins on repetition, not bursts.
You can’t think your way into a new life—you must act your way into one. Action precedes clarity, confidence, and competence.
What you avoid controls you. Avoidance silently sabotages progress.
Being busy is often a form of avoidance. Many failures hide behind productivity theater.
How badly do I want it? If you're willing to work on yourself long enough and hard enough you can shape yourself into the kind of excellent person you're capable of becoming. At any time, you can draw a line through your old life by thinking different thoughts, making different choices, taking different actions, and creating different habits that will inevitably lead to success.
You are what you do, creating yourself with your actions. Good habits are hard to form but easy to live with. Bad habits are easy to form but hard to live with. It’s not all about the good plays. It’s about making fewer bad plays.
Life is a huge if/then statement. Always question if I do this, do I want the result that’s coming.
