Return to your account at core.tn.gov (where you started the reinstatement process) Upload your certificate
Submit required fees
Provide proof of E&O insurance
Submit completed TREC 1 form

If your Tennessee real estate license has lapsed, been revoked, or you’ve been directed by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) to complete a reinstatement program, T.R.A.C.E. is your structured path back to compliance—and back to business.

This 30-hour, TREC-approved course is designed to go beyond the minimum requirement. It provides practical, real-world guidance to help you understand the laws, rules, and professional standards that protect consumers and keep your license in good standing.

in this course, you will:
Review essential Tennessee license laws and TREC rules every licensee must follow.
Learn best practices for agency, advertising, trust accounts, and broker supervision to reduce risk.
Analyze disciplinary to understand what went wrong—and how to avoid the same mistakes.
Strengthen your ability to recognize, prevent, and correct violations before they become problems.

CE Week was awesome!

We kicked off Tuesday with electives — attendees earned their 10 hours and CPRE certification by Thursday — and wrapped up today via Zoom with the TREC Core Course. What an incredible way to power through the first snowfall of 2026. Just like that: 16 hours of intuitive learning, not just time logged.
