We are inviting all coaches interested in Adult Flag Football to attend our upcoming Coaches/Officials Meeting.

This meeting will cover league information, expectations, rules, and important dates for the upcoming season.

The deadline for teams to pay the commitment fee and for individual player registration is March 20.

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of one of our beloved Memphis Shelby PAL Coach Cash of the Vikings. Our PAL family is truly grieving this loss. Coach Cash was more than a coach he was a mentor, leader, and role model who dedicated his time to uplifting and guiding our youth.

His impact on the lives of so many young athletes and families will never be forgotten. The love, leadership, and commitment he showed to our community will forever remain a part of the Memphis Shelby PAL legacy.

During this difficult time, we ask that you keep his family, friends, players, and fellow coaches in your thoughts and prayers.
