My heart is full as I reflect on this amazing group of MBA High School students who just completed the Empowered for the Future program. Watching their growth, hearing their dreams, and seeing their confidence build over time has been truly inspiring.

They showed up, leaned in, and committed to becoming the best versions of themselves. That’s what this work is all about. These are future leaders, innovators, and change-makers.

I’m incredibly grateful to the guest speakers who poured into our students, and to the administrators and staff at MBA who made this experience possible. Your support and belief in this work created space for something truly impactful.

Career Exploration Day at MBA was a powerful reminder that access matters.l for our students!

Through our Empowered for the Future Program, we brought the professionals directly to the students, creating real conversations, real connections, and real clarity about what’s possible! Thank you to our professionals for coming and inspiring!

A special congratulations to the TECA Fellows who have successfully completed their fellowship sessions and are now preparing to cross the stage in April!

This journey required focus, reflection, vulnerability, and vision. You showed up with intention and left with sharpened skills, deeper clarity, and a stronger network of leaders beside you. That growth matters.
