From December 27th-December 30th, dancers from around the country will gather in beautiful Orange County, California to train like professionals. This is essential training offered during the off season to give you a leg up as we go into audition and competition season. Dips are an important step in partnering and a must have in every male dancers repertoire. To make the position more comfortable and supported, support the girls back with your upper arm and lead with the elbow! This gives you extra strength to get the girl back on her pointe, where she needs to be! This makes the position much stronger and beautiful!

WORKING EFFICIENTLY.

It is impossible that corrections are registered and comprehended as soon as they are given. Giving a moment after class to consciously reflect on corrections given and improvements made will ensure that they land properly to be carried on in your training/career. While it may be a little bit of extra work in the short term, it will make you a much smarter and better dancer in the long run.
