Building the fittest gang of Lynx cats known to man. LynxFit was established to create and promote a healthy and fit community at Rhodes College.

LynxFit is powered by our not-for-profit affiliate CrossFit Rhodes. We use the methodologies of CrossFit as the basis for our strength and conditioning program. No prior experience is necessary and all training levels are welcome.
