Kelly sees potential where others see obstacles. One colleague shared the story of a non-verbal student with significant communication and behavioral challenges. Through patience, relationship-building, and a steadfast belief in his abilities, Kelly helped him develop communication, behavioral, and life skills that led to him reaching a milestone his family once thought might never be possible: graduating from high school.

Her colleagues also spoke of her ability to earn the trust of students, use technology to give a voice to those who cannot speak for themselves, and help students achieve growth that extends far beyond a test score. Kelly reminds us that some of the most meaningful outcomes in education are confidence, independence, and the belief that every student is capable of success.

Please join us in congratulating Kelly on this well-deserved recognition and thanking her for the extraordinary difference she makes in the lives of our students and families each day.

Congratulations, Kelly! We are proud to call you a Panther.
