Come move with Coach Keslang every Tuesday at 10:00am and Coach Becca every Thursday at 10:00am.

Grounded is a small group class designed for those 55 and up, focused on helping you build lean muscle and feel stronger every day. Boost your metabolism and enjoy workouts tailored just for you.

Our schedule now features brand new classes for you to explore. šŸ‘šŸ’ŖšŸ”„

Kick off your week with Bungee 2 & Sculpt every Monday at 10 am. If youā€™ve completed a few level one classes and are eager to level up, this is your next adventure. Experience the thrill of light weights, high reps, and targeted moves for your upper body and legsā€”all while having a blast.

Level 3 Bungee launches Thursday at 5:30 pm! Shoutout to Allieā€™s Tuesday level 2 crewā€”youā€™ve earned your spot in the next challenge. Way to go!

Rise and shine with our small group TRX class every Thursday at 6:30 am. Strengthen your core and train alongside Coach Becca in this energizing TRX session.

Soar into Level 2 Bungee with Natalie on Thursdays at 5:45 pm. If youā€™ve mastered Level 1 and crave new moves, sharper form, and calorie-burning fun, this is your perfect fit.
