3 weeks out from the last games of 2022.
271 at the end of the cut phase in December. I wanted to try to hit 300, but my body doesn’t seem to agree. This last training cycle was 12 weeks of hypertrophy, 1 week off, 12 weeks of strength, 2 weeks off, and now I am in the tale end of the 2nd 12 weeks strength phase.
We will see how my max lifts feel in a couple weeks, but I am on trajectory for all time PRs in the big three at 42yo.
