Mind Reader and Hypnotist Jobeth Bowers is a Phi Kappa Tau alumnus from the Rochester Institute of Technology (Gamma Nu Chapter) and is coming to Georgia Tech to raise money for our National Philanthropy.

Alpha Rho was awarded the Jack Jareo Award for the Most Outstanding Newsletter “The Alpha Rhover”, the Ross E. Roeder Award for the Most Outstanding Board of Governors, and the Recruitment Pacesetter Award at the 65th National Convention of Phi Kappa Tau in Las Vegas! In addition, the delegates passed a resolution commending our Chapter for planning and hosting the 2023 Southeast Regional Conference. Special thanks to our Brothers and Alumni for making these recognitions possible.

Dr. Anthony Bradley, who was the keynote speaker at our Southeast Regional Conference in April, recently shouted us out on his “Heroic Fraternities” Instagram page.

Phi Tau Brother Spotlight:

Mark Glinberg is a 3rd year CS major from Illinois with a strong interest in Intelligence, Modeling, and Simulation. During his time as a brother, Mark has exemplified leadership and demonstrated what it means to be a man of distinction, not only in brotherhood, but also the campus as a whole. Mark currently serves as the Ski and Snowboard Club President and as a Section leader in the GT Marching band.

When asked about how Phi Tau shaped his leadership skills, Mark said, “Phi Tau took me out of my comfort zone. The fraternity strengthened my attention to detail and helped me become a proactive leader as opposed to a reactive one.”
