This morning I was enthralled in my praise and worship. That has been my intentional time before I do almost anything else. As I kneeled down to pray my way into my day, I thanked Jesus for closing the GAPs in my life so that His protection and provision are never lacking for my family, friends, or me. I also thanked Him for allowing me to be fulfilled and leaving no emptiness where I once felt that so intensely. There was a time that I thought that a job was my only resource. But, now that the GAP has been filled, I am fully aware of my Source. I have not punched ANYONE’S clock since 2019, and I have never known this type of peace in my life. It is the peace that surpasses ALL understanding. I am grateful that I have been graced with time, opportunity, and resources that have allowed me to operate confidently in His purpose for my life. Each client brings me joy and blessings! I am humbled that they would entrust me to walk with them and draw out their gifts, talents, and purposes. As I was praying and thanking Jesus for being my GAP filler, the thought of a question that is asked on job applications. “Please list any gaps in your employment history.” It was then that I was overwhelmed and almost out of breath with God’s revelation that GAP has been so real in my life. That word kept spinning around in my head until I heard that GAP suddenly means, God Always Provides. I hope that you get that and that you truly believe that! I would not tell you this if I had not lived this. As a matter of fact, no one could have convinced me of God’s Divine sustainability years ago. I was yet trying to make it on my own. But, all that I was doing was setting myself up for one disappointment after another. Trusting people instead of trusting God. Relinquishing my life to those who cared nothing about my life. Rather than willfully giving control over to the One who gave me life and Who gives me new life, every day. Please believe this! God Always Provides! Not sometimes, but ALWAYS! If you believe that and put it in His capable hands, peace will inhabit you in ways that you never thought possible. And your needs will not just be met, but exceeded. GOD ALWAYS PROVIDES!!!
