With Memphis-Shelby County Schools - MSCS students' first day right around the corner, here are a few tips to help you make the most of your school year. 📚

Get a feel for what college life is like!

CCTE's Early College program allows high school students to take college-level courses at local college campuses, giving you a taste of what undergrad is like while earning credits towards your future degree.

To learn more about Early College, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Check out CCTE's website for information on dual enrollment.

2️⃣ Select the "Early College Programs" tab to find information on partnering universities and participating high schools.

3️⃣ Reach out to your school's guidance counselor or Early College Advisor to learn more about the classes, requirements, and benefits.

Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to get a head start on your education!

CCTE students at select high schools travel to their designated Career and Technical Center to gain hands-on training and continued education in their designated Program of Study. Students can also complete industry certification testing at the centers – for free!

The four Career and Technology Centers include Trezevant, Kingsbury, Southwest, and Sheffield.
