Despite all my efforts and attempts to prevent such things, my little man decided to turn 4!!! Happy Birthday Cash.

So now that it’s Fall, I decided to put on this awesome sweater and pose oh so naturally for this photo. Not sure what I’m looking at. And of course I never know what to do with my hands….

I don’t like or enjoy social media. There I said it. I know, shocking right. I mean I really hate it. There’s nothing social about it. It’s rarely every honest. There is no real connection. It seems to exist as the perfect platform for narcissism.

I cannot change it. Nor, do I want or intent to. Really, I don’t. I simply have to accept it. Accept what it is and adapt. Maybe I don’t like social media because I’m no good at it. So I’m going to try to be better. I’m going to accept this is how the world operates and use it to my advantage. Starting now!!

So I need advice on how to utilize social media. How to grow my business. I think the first step is to be more visible. What are your thought?

Before I was a realtor, I sold my wife on this house. She was skeptical, but I saw what it could be.

The online photos made it look small and cluttered, but I knew the location was perfect for the life we wanted. 📍

After convincing her to come to an open house, we made an offer and moved in shortly after.

Now she’s close enough to walk to work, our two small boys have the perfect amount of space, and we have weekly happy hours with our awesome neighbors turned friends. 🥂

(Now, if we can just teach the baby how to escape his brother’s headlocks)
