Infant/Toddler Teacher

Brilliant Minds Child Development Center is seeking a compassionate and nurturing Infant Toddler Daycare Teacher to join our organization! This individual will provide a nurturing and safe environment for infants to develop and reach age appropriate milestones. Hours needed are 8 a.m. to 4pm, Monday-Friday. Hours are set and non-negotiable.

Responsibilities:

Help plan activities/learning experiences in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice, daily schedule, and center’s mission/philosophy.
Maintain a classroom that is appealing and inviting.
Help maintain daily reports and communication to parents.
Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy classroom environment.
Supervise and monitor the safety of children at all times.
Help children maintain good hygiene.
Adhere to DHS licensing rules and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Must have reliable transportation
Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
Passionate about working with children
Positive and patient demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
