As Rafiki said…”It is time.” Tonight is the first college planning meeting for junior parents at my own daughter’s high school, so I’m right there with the parents feeling all the emotions: excitement, nerves, and “how are we here already?!”
It is important to attend these events, read emails from your school counselors, and talk to your child about following their school’s policies and procedures surrounding college applications.
If you feel overwhelmed about lists, testing, or what your child should be doing this spring and summer, you don’t have to figure it out alone. This is the time to get a clear plan in place.
