Cafe is open today, Thursday and Friday, 7am-11am. We have plenty of breakfast sandwiches, pastry, granola, shakshuka, and espresso drinks. And a roasted tomato soup to go. Pop on by!

Beginning this Wednesday-Friday, The Kitchen café is open from 7am-11am. We’ll have breakfast sandwiches on focaccia, shakshuka, cinnamon rolls, rugulach, and cookies. Espresso drinks from The Coffee Trike, pumpkin spice and a salted caramel latte are on the menu! Come on by!

Lots happening in the next couple of weeks at The Kitchen! We are soft launching our Breakfast Cafe on Wednesday, October 7, from 7am-11am. We will offer a limited but fun and tasty menu at first and see how it all works. Our hours will be 7am-11am Wednesdays , Thursday and Fridays to start. We still offer classes on the weekend so it makes a cafe a little bit tricky. Menu will change weekly with some items being consistent. It keeps us flexible and our chefs creative.

We are also running a breakfast pop-up on Saturday Oct 2, 8am-12pm with FireWife Confections (selling bagels, muffins and cookies) and The Coffee Trike.

Currently workshopping the menu for our weekly cafe. And some items will always be weekly like our cinnamon buns but the flavors may change week to week for the sweets.

The rain isn’t slowing us down today! Come see us at the Melrose Victorian Fair on Main Street right by Hugos. We’ll be selling smash burger, homemade whoopie pies, cookies, popping boba jello cups, cranberry lemonade and more until 4:00 today.

The Kitchen will be selling smash burgers twice this weekend! You can find us this Friday, September 11, 5-8pm at Idle Hands in Malden, and at the Victorian Fair this Sunday, Sept 13, 11am-4pm in front of Hugo’s selling
Smash Patties of course, B**r B Que Pulled Pork with cornbread, Dubai Chocolate Whoopie Pies, S’mores cookies, “cider donut” Snickerdoodles, Pumpkin Pie Brownies, Popping Boba Jello Cups, Fresh Cranberry Lemonade and take home some housemate Pumpkin Spiced Granola for next weeks breakfast……. We’ll also have some fun temp tattoos to hand out.

I wanted to poll the community to see if there would be an interest in us doing our cafe hours again for the fall, winter, and spring. We are investing in an espresso machine and can do some fun drinks, breakfast, and lunch items to go-or can sit and eat. This would not be a collab so unfortunately we won’t have bread to sell, but we can offer our signature breakfast sandwiches, tasty lunch items and treats. I feel like there aren’t a ton of options in the West Wyoming area and we have the capacity to offer it again. Thoughts?
