One day, one week, one month or the whole summer!

SUMMER AT PARKHURST ACADEMY

Parkhurst Academy is pleased to offer families flexible summer opportunities! Beginning Summer 2026, families may choose between two distinct summer programs:

The 12-Month Year-Round School Option is based on individual student needs, opportunities may include:
• Academic advancement
• Remediation and skill reinforcement
• Individualized support
• Enrichment activities
• Project-based learning
• Academic maintenance

Students enrolled in this option will also participate in select enrichment opportunities alongside our summer camp program.
Classes for the 12-month program will begin June 1, 2026. Monthly payment options will be available for Summer 2026.

Summer Camp is back and better than ever, featuring exciting improvements designed to create an even more engaging, enriching, and fun-filled experience for students this summer.

At Parkhurst Academy, we are blessed to have educators who go far beyond the classroom, and this year we proudly recognize Teresina Denny as our Teacher of the Year.

Since joining Parkhurst in 2022, Ms. Denny has made an incredible impact working with our uniquely abled students. Her creativity, patience, and dedication shine through in everything she does. She has a special ability to make learning engaging and meaningful while creating an environment where students feel valued, encouraged, and capable of success.

Beyond the classroom, Ms. Denny is always willing to step up and serve wherever needed. From taking charge of several events to supporting school activities and helping fellow staff members, she consistently demonstrates what it means to be a true team player. Her positive attitude and servant’s heart have made her an important part of the Parkhurst family.

Most importantly, Ms. Denny leads with compassion and care. She brings warmth, understanding, and genuine love into her work with students and families each day.

We are grateful for Ms. Denny’s commitment, leadership, and faithful service to our school community. Congratulations, Ms. Denny, and thank you for all you do!
