Our students had an unforgettable field trip to Space Coast Field of Dreams yesterday! From laughter-filled games to hands-on fun with basketball and soccer, the day was full of smiles, movement, and excitement. ⚽🏀✨

It wasn’t just the students having fun—our parents and staff joined in too, making it a truly special experience for everyone!

AACE students had an incredible opportunity to learn about the Artemis II Human Space Flight Program! 🚀✨

A huge thank you to Lemuel Aguayo from Lockheed Martin SPACE (OPOC – Production Engineering) for sharing his knowledge, experiences, and passion for space exploration.

Artemis II is the first crewed mission in NASA’s Artemis program, sending astronauts around the Moon and back for the first time since Apollo 17. This mission will test critical systems aboard the Orion spacecraft and help pave the way for future lunar landings! 🌕

During this historic journey, astronauts traveled farther from Earth than any humans before—reaching over 248,000 miles away and capturing breathtaking views of space and our planet.

Our students were inspired to dream big and explore the endless possibilities beyond our world! 🌎💫

AACE students are excited and looking forward to following its journey and return tonight as it splashes down back on Earth! 🌟

We are so grateful for the incredible teams from Calvary Chapel Melbourne and Calvary Chapel Viera’s Day of Compassion for coming out to bless Anchor Academic Center of Excellence!

They went above and beyond—cleaning our carpets, refreshing our school spaces, and transforming our supply closet with brand new shelving. Their hard work and servant hearts made such a meaningful impact on our campus and our students.

Thank you for loving our school so well and for being the hands and feet of Jesus in such a tangible way. We appreciate you more than words can say! 💙

AACE students had so much fun celebrating Read Across America! From exploring new stories to sharing favorite books, it was a wonderful week full of imagination, learning, and a love for reading. ❤️📖

🍝✨ Life Skills in Action!

AACE students had a great meal planning and cooking experience this week making spaghetti and meat sauce! Students discussed and planned the recipe, checked the pantry for ingredients they already had, created a budget, shopped online, and placed a grocery pickup order.

Once everything arrived, it was time to cook! Students helped measure ingredients, stir the sauce, and serve their plates before enjoying the meal they made together.

Hands on learning like this helps our AACE students build independence and real world life skills in a fun (and delicious) way!
