This page was created to expand the fitness opportunities for residents of the Space Coast, from studio classes such as Pilates, Yoga, Dance, to outdoor classes such as boot camps, stand up paddleboard sessions, mountain biking and everything in between! Our Mission is to connect individuals to different fitness events, classes, studios, and gyms so they can pursuit a healthy lifestyle. If you are a studio, gym, fitness group, or instructor please post about classes, events, studios, workshops, fundraisers, etc. If you are looking for classes, times, locations, please post about it. Please only post about fitness related activities. Be respectful of others and do not include posts/comments that are negative towards an individual/business, discriminating, and/or promote unlicensed/illegal activities. If you see a post that concerns you or breaks one of the rules mentioned above message the admin for resolution. We want to keep this page welcoming for all participants so please abstain from making negative, critical, or profane posts.

Tonight we went rock climbing @ On the Edge in Melbourne ... climbing can be quite social as we had a blast meeting new people!
Look at all those routes, each one with its own challenges and each one is an opportunity to start a conversation on how to tackle it!
