Nutter MMA today at 5:30PM (Free). Get a good workout in before the weekend. Come "punch out" the stress from this week! See you there, please let me know if you are planning on making it out so I can plan accordingly. Men, women, all sizes, all weights welcome. Immediately after MMA, Old Schoolhouse Rollers will host there amazing (free) BJJ class. Don't miss out and come check it out!

NutterMMA will have a workout at 530pm tomorrow at the Common Ground. Immediately following Nutter MMA the Old Schoolhouse Rollers will be having the BJJ class st 7pm (gi). This is a great opportunity for you to get in shape, learn something new, build friendships, learn self defense, and so much more! It is all free as well. Quit putting it off and just show up and check it out!

See at 5:30PM tonight at Nutter MMA!! All ages and all sexes are welcome! Free classes for the month of October! If things stay the way they are I will continue Nutter MMA for the future and add workouts and youth. Please LMK if you plan on attending tonight as I am trying to get a good idea of what kind of workout I am going to have. As always immediately following Nutter MMA the Old Schoolhouse Rollers will have there workout form 7PM till 9PM. Awesome class and awesome instructors! Let's make thisx your Friday Happy Hour!

2nd Week of Free Nutter MMA classes! Come check it out! I am going to have free Nutter MMA classes for the whole month of October to see if you guys/gals are interested. I might even have a couple people wanting to get in the cage that we (The Nutter MMA team) will need to help out to get that person/s into fight shape. I'd love to see you up there tonight at 530PM at Old Schoolhouse Rollers. When my workout is done at 7:00PM The Rollers will have a free BJJ class tro follow (Bring a Gi if you have one). We had a great turnout last week that consisted of all ages, sexes, and weights. Doesn't matter what you are.....you will fit in! See you tonight and if you have any Kettle Bells that you can bring up and let me borrow (until you decide to take them home.....that would be awesome)! If you can please reply if you are planning on coming so I can plan space and workout accordingly. RSVP'ing is not a must.....it is just a request. See you soon!

We had an awesome Tuesday night at Nutter MMA I'd love to see more people out here tonight at 6PM for another workout. Please come check it out and see if it is "for you"? Workouts are free for the next week/weeks. I am trying to guage if I am going to officially repopen the gym. If I get a crowd like I did Tuesday it looks pretty good for a reopening. After the workout SchoolHouse Rollers is having a free BJJ (no gi tonight) workout that is awesome as well. Let me know if you plan on coming out as I am trying to plan space and particular workout to accomodate. See you tonite! I may have a current fighter moving into the Medina area and looking for a place to train....if that is the case I will need your help to get him ready for his next fight so we will have a "training camp". What does that mean to you? Not only will you get the technique part of the sport of MMA, but you will also get in freaking shape too. The workouts will focus on technique but we will aslo make sure we are physically fit (so think of losing fat and gaining mnuscle). It is VERY HARD to go 3x 5 minute rounds of fighting. So at the end of the "fight camp"......we should look and feel pretty damn good/tough! Lastly......Women fighters.....where are you?

PS - The workout will be at Common Grounds in Medina (upstairs entrance. Common Ground has an awesome bar and restaurant in it so after the workout you can "lick your wounds" with a burger and a b**r!)

Nutter MMA is having a workout tomorrow 6 PM and Friday 6PM at the Common Ground. If anyone is interested in checking it out, please come on up. After the workout Old Schoolhouse Rollers will host free BJJ classes from 7PM - 9PM. I had a crazy stretch of surgeries (Knee replacement and 4 back surgeries). I never thought coaching or doing any form of BJJ/Wrestling/Kickboxing would be possible. By the grace of God I feel like Nutter MMA may be something that I could do again. I am not saying it is reopening, but I am "testing the waters" to see how many people are interested. I am going to host a couple of weeks of free workouts to see how I feel physically and also see if you guys/gals are interested. We will see how it goes and go from there. If you are interested or planning to "check it out" please let me know so I can plan accordingly. Hope to see some of you tomorrow and Friday. I usually do not talk much Nutter MMA on my personal FB page and communicate most of the gym/training stuff on the Nutter MMA FB page. However many of you do not follow that page so I thought I would get a bigger audience on my personal page for the time being. Been Awhile! I am walking without a cane and I plan on going up tol Old Schoolhouse Rollers for a bit tonight. They are doing some live rounds in Gi. LMK if you need to borrow a Gi. I hope to see some people up there? 7PM! LMK if u can make it by text 330-321-9176

HUMBLED/GRATEFUL!!

I just wanted to thank everyone who made it out Monday to help me with my surgeries. I have been in a dark spot for quite awhile. It was so awesome seeing I have people that care about me. I had HS friends, College Teammates, College Classmates, and people I have not seen since HS! Amazing event and I have to thank everyone again especially some groups that helped pull this off: Buckeye Activity Center, PJ Marley's, and Buckeye Athletic Boosters (Buckeye Wrestling). I did not want it initially because I was embarrassed, but I am so glad it happened. It was uplifting and so nice to see everyone again!
